OFFICIAL RULES

BALL5 CLUBHOUSE “GUESS THE AUTOGRAPH” MONTHLY GIVEAWAY

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. SPONSOR

The Ball5 Clubhouse “Guess the Autograph” Monthly Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by Ball5 Media LLC (“Sponsor”).

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube or Google.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, representatives, and immediate family members of Ball5 Media LLC are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

Each monthly Giveaway consists of the Guess the Autograph contests designated by Ball5 Clubhouse as part of that month's Giveaway.

Entries for each weekly Guess the Autograph contest must be submitted before the identity of that week's autograph is revealed by Ball5 Clubhouse.

Ball5 Clubhouse will announce when each monthly Giveaway begins and when entries for that month's Giveaway close.

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, watch an eligible Guess the Autograph video posted on the Ball5 Clubhouse YouTube channel and submit your guess in the comments on that video before the autograph is revealed.

One guess per person per weekly contest will be eligible for an entry. Multiple guesses or comments on the same contest will not result in additional entries.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

5. HOW ENTRIES ARE EARNED

For each eligible weekly Guess the Autograph contest:

Correct Guess:
Each eligible participant who correctly identifies the autograph receives one (1) entry into that month's prize drawing.

First Correct Guess Bonus:
The first eligible participant to correctly identify the autograph, based on the order in which eligible comments appear to Ball5 Clubhouse on YouTube, receives one (1) additional entry for that week's contest.

Monthly Participation Bonus:
Any eligible participant who submits an eligible guess in every Guess the Autograph contest included in that month's Giveaway receives two (2) additional entries into the monthly drawing, regardless of whether those guesses are correct.

Entries have no cash value and do not carry over from one monthly Giveaway to another.

6. PRIZE

One winner will receive one (1) Ball5 Clubhouse hat.

Approximate retail value of the prize: $30.00.

Prize is non-transferable and no cash substitution will be provided, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. WINNER SELECTION

At the conclusion of each monthly Giveaway, all eligible entries earned during that Giveaway period will be entered into a random drawing.

One (1) winner will be selected at random.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The winner will be announced by Ball5 Clubhouse and/or contacted through the method specified by Ball5 Clubhouse.

The potential winner may be required to provide information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and deliver the prize, including the winner's name and mailing address.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within a reasonable period specified by Sponsor, is determined to be ineligible, or does not provide information necessary to deliver the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

9. PREVIOUS WINNERS

After winning a Ball5 Clubhouse Guess the Autograph monthly Giveaway, the winner will be ineligible to win another Guess the Autograph Giveaway for three (3) months following the month in which they won.

A previous winner may continue to participate in Guess the Autograph during the ineligible period for fun, but will not be entered into a prize drawing during that period.

10. YOUTUBE DISCLAIMER AND RELEASE

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube or Google.

By participating, entrants agree to release YouTube and Google from any and all liability related to this Giveaway.

Entrants must comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines. Entries that violate YouTube's Community Guidelines or other applicable YouTube policies may be disqualified.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who attempts to manipulate the Giveaway, uses multiple accounts or identities to obtain additional entries, submits fraudulent entries, interferes with the operation of the Giveaway, or otherwise violates these Official Rules.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate a Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, platform issues, or circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially affect the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, deleted, hidden, misdirected, or otherwise unavailable comments or entries caused by technical problems, YouTube settings, connectivity issues, or other circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control.

Sponsor's decisions concerning the administration of the Giveaway and interpretation of these Official Rules are final and binding to the extent permitted by law.

12. PRIVACY

Information collected from a winner for purposes of verifying eligibility and fulfilling the prize will be used for administration of the Giveaway and prize fulfillment and otherwise handled in accordance with applicable law.

13. GOVERNING LAW

The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES

By entering the Giveaway, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Ball5 Media LLC regarding administration of the Giveaway.
